By installing or using Luke, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Luke is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Luke on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Luke’s AI models ship inside the app; the chat model downloads only when you turn on Talk or calls, and Luke checks for model updates when it opens. All AI features run locally on your iPhone; there is no chat server and no cloud inference. Your memory library stays on your device and we never receive it. See the Privacy Policy for the few things that do leave your iPhone (Apple place lookups, model downloads, and copies you choose to make).
Luke Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription at the price displayed in the App Store for your region. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial; payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period thereafter unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except as required by law.
Luke Pro removes the daily limit on conversations with Luke and unlocks Agent Access (letting AI tools on your own computer search your memories). On the free plan, text conversations and voice calls each have a daily limit; only replies Luke finishes count toward the text limit, both limits reset at midnight, and a call already in progress is never cut off. Everything else, including voice calls, recorded conversations, capture controls, App Lock, export, backup, and deletion, is free and stays free. Pro features run on your device like the rest of Luke.
You agree not to use Luke to: (a) generate or distribute illegal content; (b) harass, threaten, or harm others; (c) violate the privacy of others; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; or (e) misuse Apple platform services.
Luke uses generative AI models that may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate output. Information generated by Luke is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any AI-generated content before relying on it. If you encounter objectionable output, please report it using the Report option in any message.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Luke (messages, photos, journal entries, recordings). Luke processes it on your device, and we never receive it unless you send it to us yourself, for example in a support email.
Luke is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Luke or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using Luke at any time by uninstalling the app, which permanently deletes all on-device data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available in Settings → Legal → Terms of Use. Continued use of Luke after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
